I spent a little time this morning in historic Duluth. Jeremy and I met some long time tweeps, checked out an eight week oil painters class, and just enjoyed a quiet morning on a street that wouldn’t be so deserted on a Saturday afternoon if it weren’t for the rain. Planted up and down the street is ornamental kale. I never expected that healthy green to have a sexy side. I may have to plant some of the Brassica oleracea in my garden at home this season.
