For Christmas, our friends Val & Sam got us an awesome day tripping book! In late January, we chose Acworth and Lake Allatoona as our first local day trip adventure. We hiked around Red Top Mountain and down around the lake. Â It was chilly and dry, but it afforded me an opportunity to photograph a landscape in the raw. Â
The surroundings lent themselves to black and white.
