Very interesting picture, lots of symbolism with equestrianism going on here. Looks like the target in front of the horse is like the goal ahead of the rider. The thought bubble seems like the horse’s thoughts, which all actions from the rider must be processed through. The cursor is by the withers around where the reins would be which would be the main form of control, much like a computer mouse. The person obviously represents the rider working with the horse, and the prohibited symbol may be referring to not being able to go back? Almost saying that you must press onward no matter what.
